About us - Research depth, delivered as product
Ragsof is an AI development company. We build machine learning systems and the products that carry them — from the data pipeline underneath to the interface a clinician or an analyst actually touches.
Most teams can do research or they can ship software. The gap between the two is where AI projects die — a model that scores well in evaluation, and no path to putting it in front of a user. We are deliberately built to close that gap: published ML research on one side, production engineering and cloud deployment on the other, and genuine domain expertise in the fields we work in.
That matters most in regulated and specialist domains. Our medical work is directed by a practising clinician, not interpreted from a requirements document — which is why healthcare has become the centre of what we do.

We are a small team, which means every project is worked on by the people whose names are on this page.
- Rigour. Our AI work is held to the standard of the research community it comes from. If a result will not survive scrutiny, it does not ship.
- Depth. We take on domains we are prepared to learn properly. Specialist problems are not solved by generalist software.
- Ownership. We build systems we can stand behind after launch — documented, deployable and handed over without hostage-taking.

B.Tech from IIT Bombay and a quantitative trader by profession. Bhargav leads project development at Ragsof, bringing the rigour of systematic trading to how we scope, build and ship client work.

MCh from NIMHANS. Gokul leads medical subject matter expertise at Ragsof, grounding our healthcare work in real clinical practice — from the workflows behind Cliniqa to the counselling data that drives MedicosAdda.

M.Tech from IIT Bombay, currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Central Florida. Avinash works as an AI Scientist and has published at multiple top-tier machine learning conferences. He leads the research and applied AI work at Ragsof.

Naresh governs engineering standards across Ragsof and develops the stable, maintainable software that sits underneath our products — setting the architecture and code practices the rest of the team builds to.
