A CRM built for the pace of the luxury car market.
AtierExotics deals in exotic and luxury vehicles, where a single unit carries the value of an entire ordinary inventory. We built the CRM and showroom that keep that inventory, its consignors and its buyers in one system.

The Problem
Exotic car sales do not behave like ordinary retail. Inventory turns slowly, every unit is unique, buyers are few and highly qualified, and much of the stock is held on consignment for owners who expect to know exactly where their vehicle stands. Spreadsheets and a generic sales CRM cannot hold that shape.
Features
- Inventory Management: Every vehicle tracked as an individual asset — specification, provenance, acquisition cost, reconditioning and asking price.
- Consignment Workflow: Owner agreements, terms and payout tracking handled inside the same system as the sale itself.
- Lead Pipeline: Enquiries captured from the public showroom and moved through qualification to close, with the full conversation attached to the vehicle.
- Public Showroom: A presentation-first storefront where photography carries the listing, because at this price point the imagery is the pitch.
Our Role
We handled design and development across both the internal CRM and the customer-facing showroom:
- Modelling the data around the vehicle as the central object, with consignors and buyers attached to it.
- Designing an interface the sales team can maintain quickly, so listings stay current without a dedicated operator.
- Building the pipeline and reporting the principals use to see what is held, what is moving and what is owed.
Outcome
AtierExotics now runs acquisition, consignment and sale from one place. The showroom and the CRM share the same inventory, so a vehicle listed publicly is the vehicle the team sees internally — and the consignment obligations attached to it travel with it.
